Jacob explained each of the dishes as they were served and was very professional in his delivery. It was such a treat for mum to have her birthday dinner at home and not have to worry about a single thing. He left the kitchen spotless so it was an afternoon of luxury for her. I have had the pleasure of Jacob cooking for me on several occasions.  One being a fundraiser dinner that he not only hosted in order to raise money for charity, but he also designed the dishes and whole dining experience.  This was a 7-course degustation menu and it was incredible.  The flavours of Jacob’s food is amazing and his attention to detail is incredible.  He has a passion for bringing together fantastic food and presenting it in a very professional way.
